The Maui Department of Water Supply invites you to select an easy way to pay your water and sewer bill with our new Automatic Bill Payment (ABP) service. Your participating bank, savings and loan, or credit union can pay your water and sewer bill by deducting the amount due automatically from your financial account. Save on writing checks, stamps, and envelopes. Please fill in the authorization form and leave your water and sewer bill payments to ABP.

What happens when I sign up for an Automatic Bill Payment?
You will authorize your financial institution to automatically deduct the amount due for your water and sewer bill.
When will the Financial Institution deduct the amount from my account?
Deductions will be made ten (10) days after your water bill is mailed, giving you enough time to review the bill and call the Maui Department of Water Supply if you have any questions concerning your bill.
How much does the ABP service cost?
It's free!
Can I stop payment at any time?
You may stop your automatic bill payment by calling the Maui Department of Water Supply ten (10) business days before the payment is scheduled to be made.
What happens if there are insufficient funds in my account?
The returned payment will be subject to established charges for a returned check. If two (2) payments are returned, your Automatic Bill Payment will be terminated.
Who may I call if I have any questions about ABP?
You may call the Customer Service Division of the Department of Water Supply at 270-7730 extension 3 if you have any questions or concerns about ABP.
How can I sign up?
A form to begin automatic bill payment is provided online (see below). You need to fill out the form, print it, sign, and mail it back to the Department of Water Supply. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view, fill in, and print this form. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat installed, the freely distributed Reader can be downloaded and installed on your computer.
