Fiscal
The Fiscal Division is in charge of accounting. This includes budget development, budget control, overseeing the annual audit, long-range financial planning, advising BWS on fiscal matters, payroll preparation, centralized purchasing, maintenance of stores inventory, and process and research claims for damages. Fiscal also handles customer service and provides customer support, which includes the processing of bills and payments, tracking and responding to customer inquiries and service requests, collection of delinquent accounts, handling water service applications, and administering rules and regulations relating to water service.
