COUNTY OF MAUI BOARD OF WATER SUPPLY RESOLUTION NO. 94-07 (1994)

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR
OF THE DEPARTMENT OF WATER SUPPLY TO DEFER SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS 
FOR LOTS TO BE SUBDIVIDED INTO LOTS EXCEEDING TEN ACRES



WHEREAS, the Board of Water Supply ("Board") routinely defers subdivision 
requirements pursuant to Department of Water Supply ("Department") Rule 2-12, 
for certain lots; and

WHEREAS, the approval of such deferrals has regularly been granted by the 
Board for lots subdivided into lots exceeding ten acres; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Water Supply that the Board hereby authorizes 
the Director of the Department to modify subdivision requirements pursuant 
to Department Rule 2-12 by deferring such requirements for lots being subdivided 
into lots exceeding ten acres until such time as any further subdivision, building 
permit, or water service is requested for any of the subdivided lots.
