COUNTY OF MAUI BOARD OF WATER SUPPLY RESOLUTION NO. 94-08 (1994)

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF WATER SUPPLY
TO SIGN STANDARD EASEMENTS



WHEREAS, the Board of Water Supply ("Board") routinely accepts standard easements 
for facilities that are dedicated for Board maintenance and operation; and

WHEREAS, the approval of such easements has regularly been granted by the Board; 
now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board hereby authorizes the Director of the Department 
of Water Supply to accept standard easements and report to the Board at its regular 
meeting any easements approved during the month.
