COUNTY OF MAUI BOARD OF WATER SUPPLY RESOLUTION NO. 94-09 (1994)

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR FOR THE BOARD OF WATER SUPPLY
TO SIGN STANDARD RIGHTS OF ENTRY



WHEREAS, the Board of Water Supply ("Board") routinely accepts standard rights of entry for 
facilities that are dedicated for Board maintenance, operation, construction, and survey; and

WHEREAS, the approval of such rights of entry has regularly been granted by the Board; now, 
therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board hereby authorizes the Director for the Board of Water Supply 
to accept standard rights of entry and report to the Board at its regular meetings any rights 
of entry approved during the month.

ADOPTED this 20th day of December, 1994.
