Sec. 2-15

Penalty

Any person, firm, or corporation violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of these rules and regulations shall be deemed guilty of a violation and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and where such violation or failure shall be of a continuing nature, each day's continuance of the same, after written notice from the department to remedy the same, shall constitute a separate offense.
